“It is/was said/reported/hoped... + that”是一個很常見的英語句型，今天優朗大學英語培訓的劉老師就為我們帶來了這個句型的解析。我們常說的“據說他結了兩次婚。”或“根據報道，洗澡時間過長會致癌。”這些句子中都沒有指名道姓的說出消息的散布者，這時便適合用這個句型。

 

句型解析：

1.It在句子中充當形式主語的被動語態句型

It is/was said/reported/hoped... + that是個典型的被動語態句型，其目的可以是為了使語言得體、圓滑等。句首的It在句子中充當形式主語，that引導的從句充當真正主語。

 

2.主語動詞是現在或未來時態且從句動詞不受影響的句型

在這個句型中，主句的動詞是現在或未來時態時，從句的動詞時態并不受影響。根據主句的動詞的不同，可以形成下列句型，如：It is said that...(據說……），It is reported that...(據報道……），It is rumored that...(據傳言……），It is believed that...(大家相信……），It is hoped that...(大家希望……），It is suggested that...(據建議……）。

 

例句：

It is reported that this plan can prevent cancer.

根據報道，這種植物可以防治癌癥。

 

3.可以相互轉化的其他句型
