商務英語實用句型

備注：“工作效率”的英文表達是efficiency；“提高工作效率”一般可說成improve/increase/raise efficiency; intensity of labor 是固定表達，意思是“勞動強度”。
Our new products were a hit in both the Beijing and Shanghai markets.
我們的新產品在北京和上海這兩個市場都非常暢銷。
備注：hit 當名詞講時意思是“成功而風行一時的事物”，在表示某事物受歡迎或暢銷時常用到；in...market的意思是“在......市場上”。
I hope we could open five more branches next year.
我希望我們明年能再成立5家分公司。
備注：open a branch 的意思是“成立分公司”，此處的open 可以用set up 代替。“分公司”主要有以下幾種表達方式：branch、constituent company、subsidiary。
We started the year out strongly but then took a dive in April and May.
我們年初時得了個開門紅，但4月和5月則突然開始下滑。
備注：start out 意思是“開始”；take a dive 的意思是“突然下降”，常用來描述市價等暴跌。

備注：outperform the market 的意思是“超越市場表現”，此處的outperform可用surpass代替；from ...until...的意思是“從......到......”，多 用來表示時間段。
商務英語口語必備句型
The sport, recreation and kids lines were steady, with no major changes from 2005.
運動、休閑的兒童系列都很穩定，從2005年起沒有過重大變化。
According to the graph, you can see the future growth of our product is positive.
根據圖表，你可以看到我們產品未來的發展前景是樂觀的。
備注：according to 的意思是“根據”，與之意思相同的常用短語還有：based on 、in light of 等。positive的意思是“積極的、正面的”，描述數據時還會用到與之對應的negative（消極的、負面的）。
As everyone can see, our total revenue for 2009 was significantly over 2008.
如各位所見，我們2009年的總收入遠高于2008年。
備注：“總收入”的英文表達為：total revenue。另外，幾種常見的關于收入的表達如下：net revenue（凈收入），gross revenue（毛收入），以及annual revenue（年收入）等。

這張圖表清楚地呈現出了我們各個系列產品的表現。
備注：offer a look at...的意思是“展示......”，這里的offer還可以用give或provide代替；當然，也可以用demonstrate或show 替換整個短語。
