美國的大學圖書館：

1.       哈佛大學的圖書館。哈佛大學圖書館是美國最古老的圖書館，也是世界上藏書最多，規模最多的大學圖書館。

2.       哥倫比亞大學的圖書館。1754年建立與紐約市，為英王學院圖書館，還有中國族譜、家譜、譜牒約950中，是中國的圖書館以外收集追豐富的圖書館。

3.       普林斯頓大學的圖書館。普林斯頓大學圖書館主要的館址為燧石圖書館，擁有超過600萬冊藏書，該館儲藏了不少優秀的古籍和善本。

4.       芝加哥大學的圖書館。該圖書館位于芝加哥大學的校園內，周圍被風格迥異的建筑圍繞。設計的一個重要構思就是把350萬冊圖書建立在精心設計的“盒子”里面。

康奈爾大學的圖書館。康奈爾大學圖書館共有20個單位，是美國一所最大的學術研究圖書館之一。
