其實在美國工作有時候會遇到請假這種情況，不過一般中國人都不會輕易請假，除非病得爬不起來。在美國工作，一般請假老板都會批準(zhǔn)，但你需要回報的是按時完成任務(wù)。有時候美國的老板不在乎你平時是否積極或者出色，他們只看最后的成果。工作任務(wù)完成得好，平時的小錯誤都視而不見，但如果最后你沒能完成任務(wù)，不好意思，老板會一筆一筆跟你算賬，甚至派給你很多任務(wù)把你擠兌得主動辭職。
