In the garden

現在是周末，Jack,Paula, Jenny 三個人在起居室里。

Jeey  what are you reading?

Jack  A gardening magazine.

Jenny  I did’t know you were interested in gardening.

Jack  I’m not readlly. But we are in English. So we should have a nice English garden. And our garden in a mess.

Jenny  Well…

Paula  Yes, it is.

Jack  What can we do to the garden to make better/

Jenny  I don’t know. Let me think about it.

Paula  I know. Let’s have a fish pond.

Jack  A fish pond? I’m not sure that…

Jenny  Yes, I think that’s a great idea.

Jack  We should plant a lot more flowers. I think.

Paula:  Can’t we make the lawn bigger?

Jack   Why?

Paula  So that have more space to play.

Jack   OK.

Jenny  What about growing some vegetabless?

Jack  Yes, maybe.

Paula  What about a swing and a seesaw?

Jack  Aren’t you too old for those, honey?

Paula  No!

Jack  OK, OK, I’ll think about is.

Jenny  Why don’t we go to garden centre and see what they have?

Jack  Good idea.
