      我們來看一看Jack 和Paula參加的動(dòng)物園的導(dǎo)游活動(dòng)吧。
Guied   Ok. All gather round, please. Before we start the tour, I need to tell you what you can do and what you can’t do. Firstly, you can walk anywhere you like, but don’t attempt to climb over any of the fences. You mustn’t feed any animals unless I say so, and try to avoid making a lot of noise near the animals. Right, we’ll start by walking to the monkeys. Stop running, please. You must walk when you’re near animals. Now, I need to throw these bananas over the fence. Who is good at throwing?
      Children  Me! Me!
               I am.
               I’m good at throwing.
Guide    Here you are. Here you are.
Try to throw them near that tree. Good. Don’t be afraid to get close. That’s it. Good. Right, we’ve finished feeding the monkeys. What do you want to see now?
Children  I want to see the lions.
                The tigers.
                The camels.
I want to see the elephants.
Jack      I’d like to see the polar bears.
Guide    Ok, OK. We’ll see the lions and tigers in a moment, then the camels and the elephants. But we’ll start by the elephants. But we’ll start by seeing the polar bears, which live just along here.
      (一小時(shí)后)
Guide   …and the father elephant, Roger, is about 60 years old, and we think he’s the oldest animal in the zoo. Well, that’s the
end of the tour. I hope that you enjoyed it.
Jack    Go and say thank you. Paula.
Paula   OK. Thank you very much.
Guide   It’s a pleasure. What did you enjoy most?
