Using Prefixes with Nouns, verbs and Adverbs名詞、動(dòng)詞和副詞的前綴
前綴不僅可以放在形容詞前面還可以和動(dòng)詞、名詞、副詞一直使用。一般表示否定的前綴有下面這些。
Verbs動(dòng)詞
●unpark 打開；取出
She unpacked her suitcases.她沒有整理她的行李。
●undo解開
Please help me undo these buttons.請(qǐng)邦我解開這些扣子。
●dislike不喜歡
Ｉdislike your habit of interrupting everything I say. 我說什么你打斷，我不喜歡你這個(gè)習(xí)慣。
●disagree 不同意
You always disagree with me.你總是不同意我的看法。
●maltreat虐待
He was convicted of maltreating dogs.他被指控虐待狗。
●mistake弄錯(cuò)
I mistookhim for the Prime Minister. 我錯(cuò)以為他是總理大人。
Adverbs副詞
The weather was unexpectedly fine.天氣出乎意料地好。
The scheme was postponed indefinitely. 計(jì)劃無限期地延期。
She looked at me disapprovingly.她不贊同她看著我。
We laughed irreverently.我們不屑地大笑。
Nouns名詞
That sort of behaviour always ends in unhappiness.這種行為通常會(huì)導(dǎo)致不愉快的結(jié)果。
I will not tolerate inefficiency.我不能容忍沒有效率。
Men have always dreamed of immortality.人們總是夢(mèng)想長(zhǎng)生不死。
Rohertson’s non-cooperation meant that the trial could not be completed.羅伯遜的不合作意味著審判不能完結(jié)。
The concert was a non-event, inmy opinion.在我看來這聲音樂會(huì)只是擺擺樣子而已。不是什么大事。
The meeting ended in disagreement. 會(huì)議以沒有達(dá)成一致而告終。
