訂貨的具體形式

訂貨有一些具體的形式，它包括訂購函（用書信表達(dá)購買意愿）、公司使用的制式訂單（訂購合同）、傳真單（fax）和網(wǎng)上購物單（Email）等。從當(dāng)今及今后貿(mào)易發(fā)展的趨勢看，傳真單（fax ）和網(wǎng)上購物將是訂單使用的兩種主要形式。

A: How much tea are you going to order?

B: We want to order 3,000 cases and hope to deliver the goods in two equal lots.

A: When do you want to deliver the goods?

B: We’d like you to execute the first delivery by June 30^th and the second delivery by August 15^th.

A: I'm sorry, but June 30^th is quite soon. I can’t guarantee 1,500 cases. I’d prefer the first shipment to be 1,000 cases and the next 2,000 cases.

B: I can agree to that.

A: Let me affirm this again: the first shipment of 1,000 cases and they delivered in 27 days, by June 30^th, and the second shipment of 2,000 cases by August 15^th.. Right?                                        

B: Right.

                                     分批交貨

甲：你們想訂購多少茶葉？               乙：我們想訂購3000箱，并且希望平均分成兩批交貨。

甲：你們希望什么時候交貨？             乙：我們希望第一次交貨在6月30日前完成，第二次交貨在8月15日前完成。

甲：很抱歉，6月30日就快到了。我不能保證1500 箱。我希望第一次先交1000箱，第二次再交2000箱。

乙：我可以同意。

甲：讓我再確認(rèn)一次; 第一批1000箱，27天內(nèi)，也就是6月30日前交貨；第二批2000箱8月15日前交貨。對嗎？

乙：對。

                                          Small Order

A: Can you accept this order? It’s not a big one.               B:Ｗe will process your order, no matter how small.

A: When will it be ready?                                B: Since this is made to order, it can be done in a month.

A:Ｗhat amount of advance do you require?      B: Two thousand dollars in advance as earnest money. Have you any other order?

A: Have you any stereos on hand?              B: That article is out of stock.

A: Do you have a sample?                B: Here you are. If you like, I’ll send an order sheet to the manufacturer by post.

A: I think it would be better to order directly from the market.           B: Ok.

A: We will give careful attention to your suggestion.             B: Well, we will be looking forward to your confirmation.

                                      訂貨量小

甲：你們能否接受這份訂單?數(shù)量不大。         乙：訂單數(shù)量雖小，但我們會盡力準(zhǔn)備。

甲：什么時候可以辦妥？                     乙：這是定做的，一個月之內(nèi)可以完成。

甲“你們需要多少定金？                     乙：先付兩千美元作為訂金，你還訂購其他東西嗎？

甲：有音響設(shè)備的現(xiàn)貨嗎？                   乙：該貨現(xiàn)已售完。

甲：有樣品嗎？                             乙：給，如果你愿意，我將把訂單寄給制造廠商。

甲：我想直接向廠商訂購較為妥當(dāng)。           乙：好吧。

甲：我們會優(yōu)先考慮你方的建議。             乙：好的，我們等候你方的確認(rèn)。
