求職面試結束前，大多數的主考官都會給求職者主動提問的機會。最常見的就是：你有沒有什么問題或疑問，想要提出來的？無論求職者是否有提出問題，其實，這個問題背后的真正含意，通常是主考官用來測試你對這份工作有多大的企圖心、決心和熱情。因此，如果你害怕發問不妥當，或是不知道該從何問起，甚至回答沒有問題時，都很有可能會讓主考官認為，你想要這份工作的企圖心、決心還不夠強。相反的，求職者應該更積極、主動的利用面試最后一關的機會，適時的提出問題，這不但有助于主考官對你的印象能夠加深，而且你也能趁此機會進一步了解這家公司的背景、企業文化是否適合你。最重要的是，如果能夠在面試時，提出漂亮的問題，錄取的機率將會大大提高。

in terms of 表示就……而論，在……方面的意思。 例如：In terms of money , he’s quite rich ,but not in terms of happiness . 就錢來說他很富有，但就幸福來說就不然了。
