身在異國他鄉，誰都有迷路的時候，誰都有找不到目的地而犯愁的時候。只要你會使用恰當的問路表達方式，前途肯定會是光明的。

A:Excuse me, could you tell me how to the Cross Bakery building?(打擾了，請問Cross Bakery大廈怎么走？)
B:The Cross Bakery building? Oh sure. You’re actually walking in the opposite direction.(Cross Bakery大廈？你正好走反了。)
A:Oh, you’re kidding! I thought I was heading east.(哎呀，你在開玩笑吧！我還以為我在向東走呢。)
B:No, east is the other direction. To get to the Bakery, you need to turn around and go three blocks to Broadway.
When you get to the intersection of Broadway and Elm, you hang a left. Go straight down that street for half a block and then you’ll see building on your left.
(不是的，正好相反。要到Cross Bakery，你需要轉身往東走，穿過三個街區到Broadway。到了Broadway和Elm的交叉口之后，左轉，一直沿著路走大概半個街區，你就能在左邊看到那座大廈了。
A:Okay, let me see if I’ve got that. I need to go to down Elm until I hit Broadway, then I make a left and building is on my left hand side.
Is that right?(好的，讓我想一下有沒有問題。我需要沿著Elm一直走，直到走到Broadway，然后左轉，大廈就在我左手邊。對吧？)
B:Yeah, you’ve got it. Do you want me to show you the way?(嗯，沒錯。需要我給你帶路嗎？)
A:Thanks for the offer, but I think I’ve got it. Hopefully, I won’t get lost again on my way there!(謝謝你的好意，我想我已經明白了。我應該不會再迷路了。)
外國那些不熟悉的街名和地名，可能只聽一遍并不能在你腦子里形成深刻的印象。這時不要不好意思，把自己抓到那些信息點重復一遍，再讓老外聽一遍自己說的對不對。
