購物之后,除了商品,還有什么不能忘記?
不要忘拿receipt(收據),上面通常會印有Exchange and refund policy:90day exchange,30day refund with tags.90天之內可以更換商品,30天內可以退貨(商品完好的狀況下)。
如果真的不幸買到了劣質商品,需要退貨,你可能會和店員這樣交涉:I bought this skirt in your store last week. What a famous brand is that! The stitches are coming off. Anyway, I’d like to ask for a refund for this skirt.(上周我在你們店里買了這條裙子。這是什么名牌啊!線頭都松了!不管怎么說,我都要退貨。)
店員可能會回答你:I’m sorry. They are not refundable. But we can exchange it for you, OK?(對不起,它們是不能退的。但我們可以給您換一條,行嗎?)
你可以堅持自己的要求:Sorry, I bought something here before and it was also broken. I just want my money back.(不好意思,我以前在這里買過東西,也不好用。我想退款。)
一般這樣,店員都會嘴軟下來,問你:Do you have a receipt or guarantee?(你有發票或者質保書嗎?)
或者如果買來的商品不滿意想換一款,可以說I will change it for another model.I will pay the difference if it is more expensive.(我想換另一款,如果價錢比這款貴我付差價。)
